Visual Merchandiser

Part time position, 16 hours per week. Hours are flexible to meet the needs of the operation. Main responsibility is to maintain high standards of window and internal displays at all times. You will be required to liaise with the Assistant Retail Manager and Team Leaders as required to establish plans for products to be displayed and timetables for implementation. Some merchandising experience required.

We are looking for beauty therapists to join this friendly and busy team of therapists with particular experience in body treatments, facials, manicure, pedicure, massage and waxing. Excellent guest care skills essential. NVQ 3 qualification required. Previous experience with Elemis & Decleor products an advantage but not necessary.

Part time position working Saturday and Sunday 9.00am – 5.30pm, plus one other day, 3 weekends out of 4 in our village Hairdressers. Main tasks carrying out all types of hairdressing, including cuts, perms and colouring techniques. The successful applicant will ideally have NVQ level 3 or equivalent and a min of 2 years experience in a salon environment along with excellent guest care skills.

Santa

During the Christmas period we require Santa to work within the Woodland Workshop issuing presents. Experience working with children essential. You will be working on a rota basis, 8 hour shifts between 07.00am and 08.00pm daily from 02.12.08 to 24.12.08. Sales Delivery Co-ordinator

This sales and customer contact role will be based on village and will be the liaison between the Corporate guest and village teams.  Alongside the Corporate Events (CE) team, you will ensure that all the Corporate guest’s meeting / conference requirements are met, including accommodation, food, entertainment and activities.  You must have a keen eye for detail and have previous experience in a sales / hospitality environment to provide outstanding customer focused service.  Excellent interpersonal and project management skills are essential, along with a high level of self motivation.  In this role, you must be able to work on your own initiative with limited supervision and be a real team player.

Cashier

To work in our on site bureau within a small team between the hours of 8am and 2pm, on a rota basis.  There may be a requirement to work beyond 2pm on occasion.   Duties include, counting revenue, making up floats, opening gaming and vending machines.  Applicants need to be physically fit as lifting of coin cases is required. Previous experience in cash office or bank/building society would be necessary.

HR Advisor for Housekeeping Division

You will be a personal point of contact for our Housekeeping division, providing assistance and guidance on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures to ultimately improve retention, attendance and general management of staff across the site.

With approximately 500 permanent staff within Housekeeping, you will work closely with Head of Departments, looking after existing personnel, managing performance or conduct issues and assisting with recruitment of new staff.  You will produce reports and detailed analysis of data, including vacancy and labour turnover figures.

The successful candidate will need very good administration and IT skills and be well organised.  Working knowledge and experience of an HR Department and related computerised data bases and reporting systems is desirable.

The role is based in the HR department but will spend majority of time in Housekeeping for maximum effectiveness and support to the division.

Qualified or prepared to work towards CPP, the successful applicant will need to be familiar with HR processes and employment law issues.
40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

To be involved in checking the standards of cleaning, attending training sessions and training team members and carrying out performance reviews. Must have good communication skills. This is a Part Time position, working Monday and Fridays. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Executive Villas team, whilst being involved in the day to day cleaning of villas. Duties include management of the team, budget control, monitoring retention, training and work standards and would also include covering any rest days and holidays. Supervisory experience is an advantage, however not essential as full training will be given.

Central Areas - General Patrol -  INTERNAL ONLY

Maternity replacement required for the Tuesday evening 6.30pm - 10.30pm shift. Duties involve ensuring all general areas are cleaned and maintained throughout the evening also emptying bins in general areas and toilet areas, replenishing items where necessary.  Driver would be preferred as duties cover all areas across village.

The position entails working Monday and Fridays between the hours of 10am-2:45pm.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of general cleaning and bed-making within our range of villas and apartments. Free weekday transport is provided for local areas.

Linen Assistant

Positions available to work Mondays and Fridays from 10.00 to 2.45pm. Main tasks include the delivery and collection of clean and dirty linen to and from Villas including some heavy lifting of weights up to approx 10 kilos. The successful candidate must posses a current valid driving licence and be happy to be trained to tow a trailer, must also be prepared to work outdoors throughout the year.

Central Areas Assistant – Earlies

Vacancies for early morning cleaners to work a rota'd shift of 5 days from 7 (including weekends) from 05.30am to 09.30am.
