Senior Pricing Analyst

We’re expanding our Revenue Management team to further develop our pricing and revenue strategy and this new role would be ideal for an experienced Pricing Analyst looking for a career move. It will see you leading a team of three pricing analysts to optimise accommodation revenue across our four UK villages. You’ll achieve this by maximising occupancy and managing price, promotions and ancillary revenues. Monitoring day-to-day demand at one village will also be part of your role.

You’ll have worked in an analytical environment in the travel/leisure industry and will have experience in either a pricing or revenue management environment. A clear understanding of pricing and revenue principles is called for, along with the ability to make sure they’re applied consistently across the team. We’re looking for excellent analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, a high level of competency in Excel and the ability to write management reports. A real team player, you’ll communicate effectively at all levels.

Pricing Analyst

Calling on your strong analytical skills, this role will see you monitoring day-to-day demand trends and forecasting for one of our villages. Using this information you will be responsible for pricing decisions and revenue, across our entire accommodation mix.

Ideally you’ll be educated to at least  'A' level standard or equivalent. While you’ll have worked in an analytical environment, you don’t necessarily need extensive pricing experience. What you do need are strong numeracy skills and a logical approach while working with large amounts of data. Excellent attention to detail and a familiarity with Excel are also required.

Food & Drink Buyer
This is a varied and challenging role which offers real job satisfaction within a forward-looking team. You’ll use your experience to develop and implement food and drink purchasing across all four Center Parcs villages. This may include sourcing and purchasing ingredients for our village chefs to prepare, drinks for our restaurants and bars, and products for resale within our retail outlets. You’ll manage and monitor our strong network of suppliers to optimise commercial terms, quality and service levels.

As well as the Food and Drink sectors, our Purchasing team work in a variety of other markets. As we actively encourage our Category Buyers to broaden their experience, this role offers a great opportunity to gain specialist knowledge of other product and service areas.

We’re looking for core experience in food and drink purchasing, preferably within the leisure, retail or hospitality sectors. Exposure to other market sectors would be an advantage and you should be willing to broaden your expertise in other markets over time. It’s important you can build and maintain good working relationships, negotiate effectively and prioritise your responsibilities, while strong analytical skills are also vital. CIPS membership is desirable.

National Account Manager

At our four Villages, we provide conference, meeting and team building facilities in fantastic forest settings, for businesses large and small. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Events team and support this unique brand offering. Managing your own portfolio of clients, you will use your previous experience of generating sales leads and developing national accounts, ideally within events, in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.

You'll be spending a large proportion of your time meeting clients, attending exhibitions and networking, using your natural communication skills to develop good working relationships. You must be self motivated to identify new opportunities, along with having the attention to detail required to develop and convert them into sales and agree contract terms. You will also need to work well as part of a team, as you will be working closely with the Head Office sales office and Village operational teams.

eCommerce Marketing Executive

This is a new role within the eCommerce Marketing team. You will support the eCommerce Marketing Manager in all aspects of online marketing and web development, with the objective of increasing web bookings. As the eCommerce Marketing Executive, you will be required to manage a demanding and varied workload, working to tight deadlines and be motivated to work on your own initiative as well as part of a small team.

You must have experience in managing projects within an online environment to develop and deliver web based promotions and campaigns in conjunction with external agencies. You will use analytical and Excel skills to identify trends in web statistics and report back on possible issues and solutions.

Essentially, you will be educated to degree level in a commercially focused subject such as Business Studies or Marketing, with work experience of online marketing and ideally experience at an Executive level.
