Santas


We are looking for Santas to join us for the period running up to Christmas - putting on a jolly performance in your own Woodland Workshop, supported by a team of Santa's Helpers. You don't have to come from the North Pole (although previous experience would be an advantage), but you would need to be great at relating to children, with a larger-than-life personality and a sympathetic, kind-natured approach. We can supply the white beard and costume, as it is all part of the role. We can offer a choice of hours - part-time or full-time 5 days a week on a rota basis. You can also expect day passes for you and your family to use the village facilities. Technical Services Apprenticeship in Maintenance Operations


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Technical Services department as an apprentice. A two year programme, involving day release to a local college supported by on site assessment is on offer to the right candidate. Essentially you will be 16-18 years of age with GCSE of D-G in English, Maths and 1 other subject i.e. science or technology related. Ideally you will have an interest in maintenance related hobbies - cars, bikes, DIY and a completed school links course in Construction Skills.

Outdoor Pursuits Manager


An opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic management team within the Leisure Division and lead and maintain the strong position of the Outdoor Pursuits Department. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the safety and operation of its three operating departments (Watersports, Action Challenge and the Outdoor Activity Centre), including management of Leisure corporate events and management of Christmas co-ordination. The successful candidate will need to drive the team to achieve budgets, excellent health & safety and ensure smooth operation of these departments. The successful candidate must have excellent inter-personal and communication skills, possess an imaginative, flexible and motivated leadership style and thrive working in a busy Leisure environment. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box and be able to effectively co-ordinate, develop and drive the business forward. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years managerial experience. A background in Outdoor Pursuits and experience in the control of budget and finances would also be desirable. Bakery Supervisor


 Supervisor required for the Bakery Counter within our busy Supermarket. Working under the guidance of our Supermarket Manager, your duties will include supervision of our small bakery counter team, ensuring all company and legal standards are met and maintained regarding quality of presentation and cleanliness, stock ordering, driving sales, staffing levels and rotas. You will also assist with with product development, contacting suppliers daily and developing the range. We require Housekeeping Assistants to cover various hours and shifts, these hours could range between 5.30am to 2.45pm.  The early morning shift starts at 5.30am until 9.00am on a rota basis including weekends, villa cleaners cover Monday and Fridays 10.00am until 2.45pm.
