Technical Services Manager

This is an opportunity to make a difference as amember of our Senior Management Team, taking responsibility for the maintainance of our 862 accommodation units, along with the Village’s grounds. In particular, you will support and lead the 50-strong Technical services team to achieve company targets and exceed guests expectations.As you’d expect in this senior role, you’ll be involved in financial control, human resources, quality control, and health and saftey issues, as well as the general managemtn tasks of a thriving operation.Your background will include operational management in a fast paced FM environment, at a similar level while experience of budgetry control and forecasting is a must. If you’re a member of the BIFM or similar, so much the better. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate and drive a large team to achieve the highest standards of customer care.

Retail Supervisor - Parcmarket

You will be required to supervise the day to day running in our on site supermarket. Your main duties will include the supervision of staff members, producing staff rotas, organising the shop floor and maintaining stock levels. The ideal applicant will have previous retail experience and excellent guest care skills. The successful candidates for the above positions must be prepared to work evenings and weekends, working 5 days out of 7 .

Main duties are to deliver guest's shopping to lodges in a courteous and efficient manner, and assisting in the Parcmarket when required. Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable. Full clean driving licence required.

HR Administrator

To provide an efficient and effective Personnel Administration service to all divisions across the site as part of a small team of administrators. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a personnel environment. You should be PC literate, have excellent customer service skills and be efficiently well organised. Lifeguards and Trainee Lifeguards

We require a number of qualified lifeguards to assist with the day-to-day running of our Subtropical Swimming Paradise. Candidates must possess a current NPLQ qualification and be able to demonstrate good guest care skills. We also have an opportunity for candidates as a trainee lifeguard, that can show strong swimming skills and a high standard fo guest care, for the right candidate we will provide in-house training to achieve the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.(CRB Disclosure required)

Beauty Therapists

We are looking for experienced Spa assistants and Therapists to work in our Luxery Spa facility. We are able to offer a large range of treatments and exotic experiences to our guests, in an enviroment that is built to promote indulgence and relaxation. We now have an opportunity for professional individuals to join our experienced and dedicated team of therapists. The ideal candidate will be qualified up to a minimum of NVQ level 2, preferable NVQ level 3 and although previous experience of Elemis, Decleor and Carita would be advantageous it is not essential as full training would be given to the right person. Shifts include working Saturdays and Sundays.

Housekeeping General Areas Supervisor

Your duties will include managing staff rotas and worksheets, direct the team to ensure work is completed on time and to the required standard, undertake cleaning as part of the team and manage COSHH orders and storerooms. Inventory Assistant

You main duties are to deliver inventory to lodges using a van, re-stock housekeeping bases and complete inventory checks in the lodges. You will also be expected to move furniture items such as mattresses and keep the van clean and stocked at all times. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of manual handling techniques, however full training will be provided, a full driving licence is required for this position.

Housekeeping Assistants

We now have numerous opportunities within our Housekeeping department. You would be expected to service and maintain lodge and general areas cleanliness during the guest's stay and after departure. Previous experience would be preferred but full training would be given to the right candidate. Part time position working on a Monday and Friday.

Laundry Driver / Assistant

Your duties would be to collect and deliver laundry, cots and high chairs, sort laundry, operate washers and dryers, make up cleaning packs and keep work area and van tidy. You must have a full driving licence and good organisational skills matched with a postive approach to your work. Part time hours on a Monday and Friday.

Housekeeping - General Areas

Your duties would be to clean the Village Centre areas, including the Retail outlets, Resturants, General walkways and Offices. You will ensure that the floors are swept and buffed and walkways are clear. You would be required to work shifts from 5am to 1.30pm 5 days out of 7.
