Zilli Café at Center Parcs
Center Parcs is delighted to announce an exciting partnership with top chef Aldo Zilli to introduce his 'Zilli Café' concept into its award-winning Aqua Sana spas.
Zilli Café at Aqua Sana spa will offer a menu designed specifically for Center Parcs by Aldo himself. Visitors to the spa will be able to choose from a mouth-watering selection of fresh and healthy dishes, including the fresh fish and pasta specialities for which Aldo has become renowned. Zilli Café, which will replace the existing Conservatory Café, will feature restyled restaurants and kitchens in keeping with the Zilli Café brand concept.
Zilli Café will house between 80-100 covers and guests will be able to enjoy the theatre of having fresh pasta prepared in front of them. The menu will include Chargrilled Seabass with Lemon and Olive Oil, Lobster Ravioli and Foccacia filled with Goat's Cheese and Grilled Vegetables. Fish and meat will be largely barbequed and roasted to retain all their delicious flavours and there will also be a small deli section from which Center Parcs' guests can purchase the finest authentic ingredients to cook in their accommodation.
“We are thrilled to be working with such a highly respected chef as Aldo, and we know that Zilli Café will be a huge hit with our guests”, Chief Executive Martin Dalby said, “over the last 18 months we have invested in excess of £14m in our restaurants and bars at Center Parcs and the introduction of Zilli Café confirms our commitment to providing our guests a high quality range of dining experiences”.
Aldo Zilli says “My first visit to Center Parcs was with my family and I was really blown away by the experience. It was an extremely well organised and sophisticated holiday and I particularly loved my trips to the spas. I'm thrilled to be providing a healthy Mediterranean diet for everyone visiting the spas.
Center Parcs has signed a three year franchise agreement with Aldo Zilli, and the first Zilli Café is now open at Center Parcs Longleat Forest with the other three cafes to follow by summer 2009.
