How can I book activities with you?
There's plenty to do for every member of the family at Center Parcs, whether it's swimming, mountain biking, tennis, or just relaxing in the spa. What's more, it's quick and easy to book your activities or events. You can either book your activities online, call us on 08448 266 200 (Monday – Friday 8.30am – 8.00pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 9.00 am to 5pm), or visit a booking point when you arrive at your chosen village.

Will I have to pay a fee for pre-booking activities?
It's free to pre-book your activities online. When you pre-book your activities over the phone, there's a small admin charge.

How much is the admin fee?
It costs £2.00 to pre-book your activities over the phone, but you'll only pay this once – not each time you book a new activity.

How do I pre-book my activities online?
Click here and you'll be able to search the activities and events at all four of our villages and then pre-book the things you fancy, including your grocery shopping or a restaurant table.

All this can be done at your leisure up to 16 weeks before you arrive – which means less queuing and more time enjoying yourself!

Can I pre-book every activity?
It's all about fair play! And so, to make sure everyone of our guests gets the chance to do the things they enjoy, some activities can only be booked when you're onsite.

This ensures that people staying in our villages, who haven't pre-booked, can book whilst they're with us.

I want to pre-book my activities online but I can't log in, what should I do?
Have you tried re-entering your details and checked that your booking reference number is correct? If you have and you still can't log in, then use the solutions suggested by the error messages.

Can I pre-book a babysitter?
As much as you love them, sometimes you need a little adult time away from the kids. We offer a babysitting service you can rely on. All our babysitters are experienced and accredited, and all of them have been police checked.

You can pre-book our babysitting service 4 weeks before you stay with us by calling 08448 266 200 – you may have to pay a deposit to reserve your babysitter, we'll let you know how much this is when you call.

Alternatively, you can book your babysitter when you arrive. Simply visit the Information Center and one of the team will help.

I keep receiving a ‘no availability' message when I'm searching for activities to book, do you have any tips?
Don't worry, it might not mean that the activities you're interested in are already fully booked. Try widening your search: select ‘view all' on the date and time you want and then click ‘go'. If there is availability, you should be able to see it.

If you still have no luck then try searching for the activity you want nearer the time you're due to stay with us – we update the site all the time and any cancellations will show as available spaces.

Remember you can also check availability and book your activities when you arrive at your village – it's best to do it early to avoid disappointment.

Can I reserve an activity or event?
You can, which makes it very easy when you are planning your itinerary and booking multiple activities.

To reserve an activity or event, select the date and time of what you want and then click the ‘add to basket' button. Your activity or event will be reserved for you in your holiday itinerary for 2 hours. Once the 2 hours have passed the activity will no longer be in your itinerary and you'll have to start again.

When you're ready to pay for your activities, simply go to the ‘check out' and click ‘confirm payment'.

How do I edit a booking for an activity or event?
Whether you need to reshuffle your itinerary to fit everything in or you've changed your mind about an activity, it's easy to edit your booking.

Go to ‘view itinerary' and click on the ‘more details' link to find the activity or event you wish to change. Then simply follow the options to edit and resave your booking.

Can I cancel my activity or event and is there a cancellation fee?
Plans change, it's a fact of life. So if your itinerary has changed and you want to cancel an activity or event, there is a 5% cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours or more before your activity is due to take place. If you cancel within 24 hours of your activity, there will be a 75% cancellation charge applicable. For Full Terms and conditions, please click here.

Can I use my Select Guest Vouchers when I pre-book my activities?
You can but only when you book activities onsite at your chosen village. You cannot use your Select Guest Vouchers when booking activities online.

When will I receive my activity booking confirmation?
We will instantly send you an email with your booking details in it to print off. These will also appear on your itinerary issued on arrival.

How do I cancel a booking for an activity or event?
Go to ‘view itinerary' and then click on the ‘more details' link to find the activity or event you wish to cancel. Next follow the options given to cancel your activity or event.

Please remember to read all the details carefully before cancelling so that you're aware of any charges that may apply and why they apply.

Where do I pick up tickets for the activities or events I've booked?
You don't need tickets for the activities or events that you've booked. Instead you just need your ‘activities itinerary'.

Will you send me my activities itinerary?
We don't send you a paper version because it's quick and simple to print your activities itinerary yourself at home before you arrive at your village.

Many families also find it useful to print off several copies for each person, so that everyone knows what they're doing and when!

If you don't get a chance to print off your itinerary before your stay, don't worry. We will give you a copy when you arrive – although it may not include any activities that you booked that morning.

If you need an extra copy when you're staying with us, please go to the Self-Service Booking Point in your village.

I'd like to send my ‘activities itinerary' to a friend, how do I do it?
Click on the 'send by email' button in your itinerary. You'll then be able to add your friend's email address and also a personal message for them.

Can I add in some personal time to my ‘activities itinerary'?
It's not all about the ‘doing' here at Center Parcs. There may be times that you want to do absolutely nothing! Well, that's easy to include in your itinerary too.

To add things like ‘just lazing', ‘dinner out', or ‘meeting friends' to your itinerary for you or the people coming with you, click on ‘independent time'. To delete anything that you enter, simply click on ‘details' and follow the instructions.

The words ‘booked' and ‘tentative' appear next to some of the activities on my itinerary. What do they mean?
‘Tentative' activities just mean that the activity is being held for 2 hours on your itinerary, but has not been paid for.

‘Booked' activities are the ones that you've paid for and are permanently saved on your itinerary ready for your holiday with us.

How do I log out of the activities page?
At the moment the best way to do this is simply by shutting down your Internet explorer. If you need to log in again you'll need your booking reference number, postcode and surname.

We'll be adding a ‘log out' button to this section of the site very soon.

Why do I have to pre-register the details of my party before I can book activities?
We like to know who's staying with us and when, then we can make sure we look after each and every member of your party as best we can. It also makes it easier to personalise your activities itinerary if you've already told us who's coming with you.
