Fitness Studio

Why not use our dedicated fitness studio. We have a range of Technogym equipment with a cardio theatre. Headphones are available to buy allowing you to tune into entertainment of your choice whilst you work out.

Flower Arranging

This session will introduce you to various aspects of fresh flower arranging. Choose either a modern or traditional arrangement using seasonal flowers. Learn how to prepare ribbon roses and use objects from nature to enhance your display.

Framed Silk Painting

Learn how to construct the frame, paint the silk, gutter application and porcelain moulding, all to create your very own master piece.

Foil Fencing

This session offers an introduction to the sport. Discover the skill, speed and agility of fencing, using the type of light, slender sword that has been in use since the 16th Century. All equipment is provided. Full tuition is given by instructor qualified with the British Academy of Fencing.

Golf Simulator

A chance to play some of the greatest courses of the world without the need to travel abroad or worry about the weather. The Golf Simulator responds to ground conditions, obstacles, choice of clubs and surroundings whilst the images and digital sound system will have you believing you are really there. Ideal for practice, training and competitions you can now brush up on your golfing skills without even setting foot outdoors.

House of Games

The latest video games, amusement and quiz machines are available in this purpose-built facility.

Roller Skating/Roller Blading

Have a go and try your skills to the music.

Sabre Fencing

For those who have previously completed a beginners session or who have experience with the foil. A chance to try the more unusual style of the sabre using both the cut and thrust.

Great fun for all the family with ramps available for easy bowling and all lanes are equipped with bumpers. Strike! Why not visit us after 7pm when we turn the lights down low and the ultraviolet cosmic bowling commences.

This introduction to watercolours is taken by a very experienced professional artist/teacher, whose methods ensure you will feel a genuine sense of accomplishment.
